Julia Buckley Fitness to Release a Radical 4-Week Breakthrough Training Program This January
Drawing on years of experience, Julia has created an innovative 4-Week Breakthrough programme designed to maximise fitness gains and weight loss in just four weeks. Using the strategy of short term goals and immediate results, the 4-Week Breakthrough is intended to kick-start the New Year, and build a solid foundation for a long-term commitment to fitness goals.

Using the strategy of short term goals and immediate results, the 4-Week Breakthrough is intended to kick-start the New Year, and build a solid foundation for a long-term commitment to fitness goals.
“If somebody wants to make real changes to their lifestyle, attitude and body, changes that last a lifetime, it’s easier to start small. Ambitious New Year resolutions tend to fade away after just a couple of weeks, so in January 2017 I want everybody to try a new, radical approach,” says Buckley about the 4-Week Breakthrough.
The program offers two levels of intensity. The basic schedule provides three workouts a week, while the full schedule doubles the number of training sessions. Dumbbells and ankle weights are optional for advanced users. Each session takes about 30 minutes (closer to 20 minutes when subtracting the warmup and cooldown) and can be done anytime, anywhere in front of a computer. To maximise effects, basic eating guidelines are provided. Gold Members of the Julia Buckley Fitness Online Gym are also supported through Julia’s direct online coaching on a private forum.
Previously available exclusively to Gold Members, from January 2017 the 4-Week Breakthrough will be available to all Silver Members at just £6.50 ($6.59) per month.
Following the training plan, gym members can use the hashtags #my4weeks and #JuliaBfit on social media to share their progress with the community. The most interesting posts will be featured on Julia’s own channels and her favourite ones will be rewarded with free Julia Buckley Fitness Online Gym memberships, and kit sponsored by Reebok.
